The disciples of Christ is moving among the crops, if starved picking ears and eat (Mk 2:23). Is it considered stealing, because they took money from others without his knowledge and his permission? ·

لم يكن ذلك سرقة، لأن الشريعة كانت تصرح به.. وفى ذلك يقول سفر التثنية "إذا دخلت كرم صاحبك، فكل عنباً حسب شهوة نفسك شبعتك، ولكن فى وعائك لا تجعل. إذا دخلت زرع صاحبك، فاقطف سنابل بيدك. ولكن منجلاً لا ترفع على زرع صاحبك" (تث23 : 24 ، 25). إذن كان مصرحاً فى الشريعة اليهودية، وفى العادات اليهودية المألوفة، أن السائر إذا جاع يقطف من السنابل، ولكن لا يأخذ معه منها. وهذا ما فعله التلاميذ: لما جاعوا قطفوا وأكلوا (مت12 : 1). ولذلك لم يوجه الفريسيون إليهم اللوم على ذلك، وإنما على أنهن فعلوا هذا فى يوم سبت (مت 12 : 2). فوجهوا إليهم تهمة كسر السبت فقط وليس السرقة... إننا نحكم على كل فعل، حسب القوانين المتبعة فى وقته...
