LAMENTATIONS 3 |
مراثي
إرميا 3 |
1 I am the man who has seen affliction by the rod of
His wrath. |
1 أَنَا
هُوَ
الرَّجُلُ
الَّذِي
رأَى
مَذَلَّةً
بِقَضِيبِ
سَخَطِهِ. |
2 He has led me and made me walk In darkness and
not in light. |
2 قَادَنِي
وَسَيَّرَنِي
فِي الظَّلاَمِ
وَلاَ نُورَ. |
3 Surely He has turned His hand against me Time and
time again throughout the day. |
3 حَقّاً
إِنَّهُ
يَعُودُ
وَيَرُدُّ
عَلَيَّ يَدَهُ
الْيَوْمَ
كُلَّهُ.
|
4 He has aged my flesh and my skin, And broken my
bones. |
4 أَبْلَى
لَحْمِي
وَجِلْدِي.
كَسَّرَ
عِظَامِي. |
5 He has besieged me And surrounded me with
bitterness and woe. |
5 بَنَى
عَلَيَّ
وَأَحَاطَنِي
بِعَلْقَمٍ
وَمَشَقَّةٍ. |
6 He has set me in dark places Like the dead of
long ago. |
6 أَسْكَنَنِي
فِي
ظُلُمَاتٍ
كَمَوْتَى الْقِدَمِ. |
7 He has hedged me in so that I cannot get out;
He has made my chain heavy. |
7 سَيَّجَ
عَلَيَّ
فَلاَ
أَسْتَطِيعُ
الْخُرُوجَ.
ثَقَّلَ
سِلْسِلَتِي. |
8 Even when I cry and shout, He shuts out my
prayer. |
8 أَيْضاً
حِينَ
أَصْرُخُ
وَأَسْتَغِيثُ
يَصُدُّ
صَلاَتِي. |
9 He has blocked my ways with hewn stone; He has
made my paths crooked. |
9 سَيَّجَ
طُرُقِي
بِحِجَارَةٍ
مَنْحُوتَةٍ.
قَلَبَ
سُبُلِي.
|
10 He has been to me a bear lying in wait, Like a
lion in ambush. |
10 هُوَ
لِي دُبٌّ
كَامِنٌ أَسَدٌ
فِي
مَخَابِئَ. |
11 He has turned aside my ways and torn me in
pieces; He has made me desolate. |
11 مَيَّلَ
طُرُقِي
وَمَزَّقَنِي.
جَعَلَنِي خَرَاباً. |
12 He has bent His bow And set me up as a target
for the arrow. |
12 مَدَّ
قَوْسَهُ
وَنَصَبَنِي
كَغَرَضٍ
لِلسَّهْمِ. |
13 He has caused the arrows of His quiver To
pierce my loins.* |
13 أَدْخَلَ
فِي
كُلْيَتَيَّ
نِبَالَ
جُعْبَتِهِ. |
14 I have become the ridicule of all my people-- Their
taunting song all the day. |
14 صِرْتُ
ضِحْكَةً
لِكُلِّ
شَعْبِي
وَأُغْنِيَةً
لَهُمُ
الْيَوْمَ
كُلَّهُ.
|
15 He has filled me with bitterness, He has made
me drink wormwood. |
15 أَشْبَعَنِي
مَرَائِرَ
وَأَرْوَانِي
أَفْسَنْتِيناً |
16 He has also broken my teeth with gravel, And
covered me with ashes. |
16 وَجَرَشَ
بِالْحَصَى
أَسْنَانِي.
كَبَسَنِي
بِالرَّمَادِ. |
17 You have moved my soul far from peace; I have
forgotten prosperity. |
17 وَقَدْ
أَبْعَدْتَ
عَنِ
السَّلاَمِ
نَفْسِي.
نَسِيتُ
الْخَيْرَ. |
18 And I said, "My strength and my hope Have
perished from the Lord." |
18 وَقُلْتُ:
بَادَتْ
ثِقَتِي
وَرَجَائِي
مِنَ الرَّبِّ. |
19 Remember my affliction and roaming,
The wormwood and the gall. |
19 ذِكْرُ
مَذَلَّتِي
وَتَيَهَانِي
أَفْسَنْتِينٌ
وَعَلْقَمٌ. |
20 My soul still remembers And sinks within me. |
20 ذِكْراً
تَذْكُرُ
نَفْسِي
وَتَنْحَنِي
فِيَّ.
|
21 This I recall to my mind, Therefore I have hope. |
21 أُرَدِّدُ
هَذَا فِي
قَلْبِي
مِنْ أَجْلِ
ذَلِكَ
أَرْجُو.
|
22 Through the Lord's mercies we are
not consumed, Because His compassions fail not. |
22 إِنَّهُ
مِنْ
إِحْسَانَاتِ
الرَّبِّ
أَنَّنَا
لَمْ نَفْنَ
لأَنَّ
مَرَاحِمَهُ
لاَ تَزُولُ. |
23 They are new every morning; Great is Your
faithfulness. |
23 هِيَ
جَدِيدَةٌ
فِي كُلِّ
صَبَاحٍ.
كَثِيرَةٌ
أَمَانَتُكَ. |
24 "The Lord is my portion," says my soul,
"Therefore I hope in Him!" |
24 نَصِيبِي
هُوَ
الرَّبُّ
قَالَتْ
نَفْسِي مِنْ
أَجْلِ
ذَلِكَ
أَرْجُوهُ. |
25 The Lord is good to those who wait for Him, To
the soul who seeks Him. |
25 طَيِّبٌ
هُوَ الرَّبُّ
لِلَّذِينَ
يَتَرَجُّونَهُ
لِلنَّفْسِ
الَّتِي
تَطْلُبُهُ. |
26 It is good that one should hope and wait
quietly For the salvation of the Lord. |
26 جَيِّدٌ
أَنْ
يَنْتَظِرَ
الإِنْسَانُ
وَيَتَوَقَّعَ
بِسُكُوتٍ
خَلاَصَ
الرَّبِّ. |
27 It is good for a man to bear The yoke in his
youth. |
27 جَيِّدٌ
لِلرَّجُلِ
أَنْ
يَحْمِلَ
النِّيرَ
فِي صِبَاهُ. |
28 Let him sit alone and keep silent, Because
God has laid it on him; |
28 يَجْلِسُ
وَحْدَهُ
وَيَسْكُتُ
لأَنَّهُ قَدْ
وَضَعَهُ
عَلَيْهِ. |
29 Let him put his mouth in the dust-- There may
yet be hope. |
29 يَجْعَلُ
فِي
التُّرَابِ
فَمَهُ
لَعَلَّهُ يُوجَدُ
رَجَاءٌ.
|
30 Let him give his cheek to the one who strikes
him, And be full of reproach. |
30 يُعْطِي
خَدَّهُ
لِضَارِبِهِ.
يَشْبَعُ
عَاراً.
|
31 For the Lord will not cast off forever. |
31 لأَنَّ
السَّيِّدَ
لاَ
يَرْفُضُ
إِلَى الأَبَدِ. |
32 Though He causes grief, Yet He will show compassion
According to the multitude of His mercies. |
32 فَإِنَّهُ
وَلَوْ
أَحْزَنَ
يَرْحَمُ
حَسَبَ
كَثْرَةِ
مَرَاحِمِهِ. |
33 For He does not afflict willingly, Nor grieve
the children of men. |
33 لأَنَّهُ
لاَ يُذِلُّ
مِنْ
قَلْبِهِ
وَلاَ يُحْزِنُ
بَنِي
الإِنْسَانِ. |
34 To crush under one's feet All the prisoners
of the earth, |
34 أَنْ
يَدُوسَ
أَحَدٌ
تَحْتَ
رِجْلَيْهِ
كُلَّ
أَسْرَى
الأَرْضِ
|
35 To turn aside the justice due a man Before
the face of the Most High, |
35 أَنْ
يُحَرِّفَ
حَقَّ
الرَّجُلِ
أَمَامَ وَجْهِ
الْعَلِيِّ |
36 Or subvert a man in his cause-- The Lord does
not approve. |
36 أَنْ
يَقْلِبَ
الإِنْسَانَ
فِي
دَعْوَاهُ -
السَّيِّدُ
لاَ يَرَى! |
37 Who is he who speaks and it comes to pass, When
the Lord has not commanded it? |
37 مَنْ
ذَا الَّذِي
يَقُولُ
فَيَكُونَ
وَالرَّبُّ
لَمْ
يَأْمُرْ؟ |
38 Is it not from the mouth of the Most High That
woe and well-being proceed? |
38 مِنْ
فَمِ
الْعَلِيِّ
أَلاَ
تَخْرُجُ
الشُّرُورُ
وَالْخَيْرُ؟ |
39 Why should a living man complain, A man for the
punishment of his sins? |
39 لِمَاذَا
يَشْتَكِي
الإِنْسَانُ
الْحَيُّ
الرَّجُلُ
مِنْ
قِصَاصِ
خَطَايَاهُ؟ |
40 Let us search out and examine our ways, And
turn back to the Lord; |
40 لِنَفْحَصْ
طُرُقَنَا
وَنَمْتَحِنْهَا
وَنَرْجِعْ
إِلَى
الرَّبِّ. |
41 Let us lift our hearts and hands To God in
heaven. |
41 لِنَرْفَعْ
قُلُوبَنَا
وَأَيْدِينَا
إِلَى
اللَّهِ فِي
السَّمَاوَاتِ |
42 We have transgressed and rebelled; You have not
pardoned. |
42 نَحْنُ
أَذْنَبْنَا
وَعَصِينَا.
أَنْتَ لَمْ
تَغْفِرْ. |
43 You have covered Yourself with anger And pursued
us; You have slain and not pitied. |
43 الْتَحَفْتَ
بِالْغَضَبِ
وَطَرَدْتَنَا.
قَتَلْتَ
وَلَمْ
تُشْفِقْ. |
44 You have covered Yourself with a cloud, That
prayer should not pass through. |
44 الْتَحَفْتَ
بِالسَّحَابِ
حَتَّى لاَ
تَنْفُذَ
الصَّلاَةُ. |
45 You have made us an offscouring
and refuse In the midst of the peoples. |
45 جَعَلْتَنَا
وَسَخاً
وَكَرْهاً
فِي وَسَطِ الشُّعُوبِ. |
46 All our enemies Have opened their mouths against
us. |
46 فَتَحَ
كُلُّ
أَعْدَائِنَا
أَفْوَاهَهُمْ
عَلَيْنَا. |
47 Fear and a snare have come upon us, Desolation
and destruction. |
47 صَارَ
عَلَيْنَا
خَوْفٌ
وَرُعْبٌ
هَلاَكٌ وَسَحْقٌ. |
48 My eyes overflow with rivers of water For the
destruction of the daughter of my people. |
48 سَكَبَتْ
عَيْنَايَ
يَنَابِيعَ
مَاءٍ عَلَى
سَحْقِ
بِنْتِ
شَعْبِي.
|
49 My eyes flow and do not cease, Without
interruption, |
49 عَيْنِي
تَسْكُبُ
وَلاَ
تَكُفُّ
بِلاَ انْقِطَاعٍ |
50 Till the Lord from heaven Looks down and sees. |
50 حَتَّى
يُشْرِفَ
وَيَنْظُرَ
الرَّبُّ
مِنَ
السَّمَاءِ. |
51 My eyes bring suffering to my soul Because of
all the daughters of my city. |
51 عَيْنِي
تُؤَثِّرُ
فِي نَفْسِي
لأَجْلِ كُلِّ
بَنَاتِ
مَدِينَتِي. |
52 My enemies without cause Hunted me down like a
bird. |
52 قَدِ
اصْطَادَتْنِي
أَعْدَائِي
كَعُصْفُورٍ
بِلاَ
سَبَبٍ.
|
53 They silenced* my life in the pit And threw
stones at me. |
53 قَرَضُوا
فِي
الْجُبِّ
حَيَاتِي
وَأَلْقُوا
عَلَيَّ
حِجَارَةً. |
54 The waters flowed over my head; I said, "I
am cut off!" |
54 طَفَتِ
الْمِيَاهُ
فَوْقَ
رَأْسِي.
قُلْتُ: «قَدْ قُرِضْتُ!]. |
55 I called on Your name, O Lord, From the lowest pit. |
55 دَعَوْتُ
بِاسْمِكَ
يَا رَبُّ
مِنَ
الْجُبِّ
الأَسْفَلِ. |
56 You have heard my voice: "Do not hide Your
ear From my sighing, from my cry for help." |
56 لِصَوْتِي
سَمِعْتَ.
لاَ
تَسْتُرْ
أُذُنَكَ عَنْ
زَفْرَتِي
عَنْ
صِيَاحِي. |
57 You drew near on the day I called on You, And
said, "Do not fear!" |
57 دَنَوْتَ
يَوْمَ
دَعَوْتُكَ.
قُلْتَ: «لاَ
تَخَفْ!]
|
58 O Lord, You have pleaded the case for my soul; You
have redeemed my life. |
58 خَاصَمْتَ
يَا سَيِّدُ
خُصُومَاتِ
نَفْسِي.
فَكَكْتَ
حَيَاتِي. |
59 O Lord, You have seen how I am wronged; Judge my
case. |
59 رَأَيْتَ
يَا رَبُّ
ظُلْمِي.
أَقِمْ
دَعْوَايَ. |
60 You have seen all their vengeance, All their
schemes against me. |
60 رَأَيْتَ
كُلَّ
نَقْمَتِهِمْ
كُلَّ
أَفْكَارِهِمْ
عَلَيَّ.
|
61 You have heard their reproach, O Lord, All
their schemes against me, |
61 سَمِعْتَ
تَعْيِيرَهُمْ
يَا رَبُّ
كُلَّ أَفْكَارِهِمْ
عَلَيَّ.
|
62 The lips of my enemies And their whispering
against me all the day. |
62 كَلاَمُ
مُقَاوِمِيَّ
وَمُؤَامَرَتُهُمْ
عَلَيَّ
الْيَوْمَ
كُلَّهُ.
|
63 Look at their sitting down and their rising up; I
am their taunting song. |
63 اُنْظُرْ
إِلَى
جُلُوسِهِمْ
وَوُقُوفِهِمْ
أَنَا
أُغْنِيَتُهُمْ! |
64 Repay them, O Lord, According to the work of their
hands. |
64 رُدَّ
لَهُمْ
جَزَاءً يَا
رَبُّ
حَسَبَ عَمَلِ
أَيَادِيهِمْ. |
65 Give them a veiled* heart; Your curse be upon
them! |
65 أَعْطِهِمْ
غَشَاوَةَ
قَلْبٍ
لَعْنَتَكَ
لَهُمْ.
|
66 In Your anger, Pursue and destroy them From
under the heavens of the Lord. |
66 اِتْبَعْ
بِالْغَضَبِ
وَأَهْلِكْهُمْ
مِنْ تَحْتِ
سَمَاوَاتِ
الرَّبِّ. |
